Return & Refunds

We accept returns and refunds within 30 calendar days from the date you receive the goods. To be eligible for a return, the goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags and labels intact. Customized products or products marked as "non-returnable" are not eligible for return unless they have quality problems.

Return process: 1. Contact our customer service team to apply for a return and explain the reason for the return; 2. After the return application is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and return address; 3. Send the goods back to the specified address within 7 business days, and provide the shipping tracking number; 4. We will inspect the returned goods after receiving them. If the return requirements are met, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund method: The refund will be returned to your original payment account. The time it takes for the refund to arrive depends on your payment method and the bank's processing cycle, usually 3-15 business days.

Note: The return shipping cost shall be borne by the customer unless the return is caused by product quality problems or our shipping errors. If the returned goods are damaged, incomplete or do not meet the return conditions, we have the right to refuse the return or deduct the corresponding fees according to the actual situation.
